BBC to Get Kids to Write its News for Them

The BBC today unveiled radical plans to rebuild its website around user-generated content, including blogs and home videos, with the aim of creating a public service version of MySpace.com.

Yay for homemade news. Now lets watch and see if this gets overrun with evil...

Great idea but skeptical of what evil doers will do to this great idea, tarnishing it forever and making sure that the average user doesn't trust it and then has to rely on corporate/ideological newscasters
