[ Procrastination hack ]
Basicly you get your action/to-do list of things you need to do. Then you work on the first item for 10 mins flat out. Then stop work. Don't worry about finishing the task, just work on it for 10 mins is the whole point. Have a 2 min break (drink coffee/masturbate). Then pick the next item on your list, and do another 10 mins. etc. Don't keep doing the same thing all the time, just pick the next thing on your list, and just keep cycling through.
This particular method you are supposed to do only 5 times. So it equals one hour. I think that may be the most you could do of these "break procrastination" hacks. As I have found it is very important to take the breaks no matter what!
